Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund

Refund Process

  1. Email hello@wellnessveda.net with your order number and reason for refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items returned without original packaging
